Religiously we are not supposed to believe in Zodiac signs, but as mere humans its always so intriguing right? I am trying to get past this , because just last month I was told I would meet the love of my life, who will change my world forever.
But today I still woke up with my husband next to me. Ha, they nearly had me.
Now I’m thinking ,maybe Tea has the answers to our life. Maybe just Maybe. I’m not saying that Tom Hardy will be in my bed tomorrow morning, because I decided to have some strong black tea before going to bed. We can dream though right? (currently searching on google for the strongest black teabag)
Now that my thoughts are racing, lets get straight into it. So what does your favourite tea say about you? be warned there may be some things which you may not want to hear.

English Breakfast Tea
My favourite tea, my go to, my daily. But why? English breakfast is really just survival tea, its the fuel for the body. This isn’t about flavour, its about surviving through the day. Any cup will do, any mug will do. Sip it from a bowl if you have to. Just give me that tea.

For us tired and severely anaemic folks, a sip and all of the brain fog disappears. Superwoman mode activated.

Green Tea
Summers coming round, who wants that slim fit body? You? Yes. I got you right? I can read right through you.
Green tea, Yoga classes, Pilates, Salads and a mental detox. All of these go together. I can see you Green Tea lovers nodding your head. You tell your friends, you tell your family, you tell everyone who cares what a routine and discipline you have going on.
Its just a phase, one day you’ll wake up and chuck it out. Until next summer that is. (I did tell you to read with caution)
Fruity Tea Blends
Watermelon Tea, Strawberry Tea, Watermelon with Strawberry Tea! It smells like your favourite shower gel, and tastes like Ribena warmed up. (dont come at me!)
Yup I said it! I love my fruity teas, but honestly, its not Tea. Lets be real. its just a drink warmed up.
Dont ever serve this to your Salma Auntie, shell be very dissapointed. But your cousin Aaliya – she’ll make it a vibe.

Peppermint Tea
Toothpaste in a tea form, my absolute favourite. The perfect Tea to have after a Doner kebab meal. Just the right balance of healthy after a unhealthy meal. Light and fresh to get rid of that guilty eating conscience.
Bubble Tea
Tea- but make it cool! you guys are at the epitome of fashion, the coolest of the coolest. you don’t drink tea in a cup or mug. You are way too cool for that. Aunt Zubeda (Jubi bai) step aside, here come the new generation.
Tea for you comes in a large cup, with a large straw, in numerous colours, a fist full of sugar, with a Instagram filter and…. wait for it….. Bubbles! How cool are YOU!
Too cool for me. ( she says whilst sipping her English breakfast in a bowl, because it was the first thing available)
Lemon Ginger Tea
Flu? Lemon Ginger Tea. Cold? Lemon Ginger Tea. Gut issues? Lemon Ginger tea. Bloating? Lemon Ginger Tea. Nausea? Lemon Ginger Tea. Heart Ache? Lemon Ginger Tea. Marriage problems? Lemon Ginger Tea. World War Three? Lemon Ginger Tea.
Don’t ask Me, Ask Tik tok and my dearest husband. Tiktokers and the hubby have the answer to all of life’s issues. Mostly in the form of Lemon ginger tea.
By the way he’s still in bed next to me, not transformed into Tom Hardy….. yet.

Earl Grey
Just saying it makes you feel Royal. ‘One sugar and a dash of milk please‘ you answer with a hint of British accent. Oo Aye, this is a royalty of Tea. and you know it, and you feel it, and you even feel the sweet bitter taste of it. Get out your fancy hat with feathers, and nose held up high.

Don’t forget to comment on the British weather.
Camomile Tea
Tired, so tired, just so so tired. The comfort drink for the overworked, anaemic, stressed humans. Aids in sleeping for the overworked mind. This tea comes with a blanket, a pillow, and lights switched off.
Indian/ Masala Tea
Obviously this was in the list, did you think I was going to miss this?

The epitome of all Teas, filled with drama, spice, and unsolicited advice. The perfect blend for your Auntie Tahira and her dramatic stories.
The perfect cup comes over boiled with loads of sugar, loud, and family opinion’s.
And guess what. I wouldn’t change it for a heart beat.
