We all have Lazy days right? Some of us more than others. Not me obviously (*coughs*). Just once in a while. Me. Yup.
And for those once in a while days we all need a quick and easy meal fix, and this provides us with just that. Don’t judge me! I know you will want to try it too!
Its so quick and easy that sometimes. Only sometimes (*coughs*) I get the boys to do it for me, because honestly, its not messy, its quick and I don’t have to stand over them.
Its the perfect ‘I don’t want to cook’ meal, and even works well as a quick after school treat for the kid on a cold day.

So shall we make it? Lets?
What you need:
- Your Favourite Mug (Mirowaveable)
- 4 Tablespoon Plain Flour
- A Pinch of baking powder
- Pinch of Baking Soda
- Pinch of Salt
- 4 Tablespoon Milk
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- Tomato Mix
- Cheese
- Peppers, jalepenos, olives (toppings of your choice)
- Oregano, basil, parsley (toppings of your choice)
And here’s how its done:
The best part about this recipe its all done inside one mug.
Add the Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda and pinch of Salt to the mug and give it a little mix.
Add the oil and Milk and mix together until it forms a soft dough, once done flatten the dough at the bottom of the mug.
Put in your Tomato Mix- I used the Ragu one- you can use your own or just add tomato paste. I also like to add a little hot sauce to the mix but this is optional, and I love the tomato mix so I use it generously- but you can put in as much or as little as you want.
Add a generous amount of Cheese, and top with toppings of your choice, whether that be Jalepenos, Peppers or Olives or even Pineapple (who puts pineapple on their pizza??! Me. Guilty as charged!)
Pop your Mug into the microwave and heat up for 2 minutes.
And that’s all folks. The perfect quick fix dinner. Pizza in a mug.

Seriously? Seriously are you asking that? Its in a mug? Does Pizza come in a mug? Okay. So lets be realistic- you wont get the crust but you do get the flavour’s of pizza in every bite full, and that’s enough to get your pizza craving satisfied- but dinner done in 2 minutes! Urm… Could life get any better?
How many people does it feed?
This is enough just for one person. One person per mug. You can try and double the recipe in a bigger mug- but may need to adjust the time in the microwave as the dough needs to cook.
Can we add Chicken/Meats?
Yes. chicken and Meats can be added but they would need to be precooked beforehand. Or if you have leftover chicken/Meats just chop them up and add it in!
